We are a vertically integrated wool textile enterprise with full coverage of the entire Merino wool industrial chain, including yarn spinning, weaving, dyeing, finishing, and garment manufacturing. We exercise strict quality control over raw materials from the source and transform Merino wool into high-quality yarns, fabrics, and garments through advanced manufacturing processes. Our one-stop solutions ensure consistent product quality and stable supply.
We focus on the full industrial chain development of Merino wool products. Leveraging our mature production system and technical expertise, we also source other premium raw materials, including cashmere, camel down, mulberry silk, and bamboo fiber. We are also capable of producing wool-blended products incorporating modal, spandex, polyester, Tencel, and other materials, catering to our customers' diverse needs.
We have established long-term strategic partnerships with top-tier pastures in Australia and New Zealand, and strictly select high-quality Merino raw wool—all certified with GRS, RWS, and other authoritative accreditations. In the production process, we adopt high-precision spinning equipment and eco-friendly dyeing technologies, and strictly adhere to international textile standards such as ASTM and ISO. Our company is equipped with a CNAS-accredited laboratory that conducts full-index testing on raw wool, fabrics, and finished garments. We implement rigorous quality control throughout the entire production process to ensure stable and reliable product quality, and we can provide detailed testing reports upon request.
Our personalized customization service consists of four key stages: demand communication, solution design, sample confirmation, and mass production. Our professional team conducts in-depth consultations to fully understand your customization requirements, and the delivery cycle is flexibly determined based on order complexity and volume. Meanwhile, we have forged in-depth cooperation with the NAO Virtual Loom Project of Qingjia Technology, which has drastically shortened the fabric R&D cycle to approximately 30 days, significantly improving development efficiency and product commercialization speed.
We specialize in the R&D and production of functional outdoor Merino wool products, and master a range of core technologies and processes including ultra-fine spinning, eco-friendly dyeing, functional coating, softening, water/shrink/sun protection, anti-pilling and wear resistance, moisture wicking and quick drying, thermal insulation, natural antibacterial and deodorization, as well as a closed-loop process for pre-consumer recycled wool. All our products comply with international environmental and safety standards such as OEKO-Tex Standard 100, boasting skin-friendly comfort, long-lasting durability, and professional outdoor performance, which fully meet the functional requirements of high-end outdoor apparel.
We support both OEM and ODM development, and can provide one-stop customization services tailored to customers' brand positioning, design requirements, and technical specifications.
For fabrics, the MOQ is 3,000 meters per style and 1,000 meters per color.
For finished garments, the MOQ is 500 pieces per style per color.
The lead time for bulk fabric production is 75-80 days.
The lead time for finished garments is as follows: color matching takes about 2 weeks; yarn spinning and fabric weaving take 75-80 days upon color confirmation; garment manufacturing takes 30 days.
We arrange production schedules rationally based on actual order conditions to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
We plan to invest in the installation of an 800 kW distributed photovoltaic power station, utilizing solar energy during the daytime and green electricity at night. Meanwhile, our cooling water and steam condensate recovery and recycling system saves 200 tons of water, 48.58 kg of standard coal, and reduces 182 kg of carbon dioxide emissions every day. In addition, all pure wool scraps generated during production are fully recycled through our closed-loop recycled wool process, practicing green production with all indicators meeting national and industrial environmental protection requirements. Our company has also obtained endorsements for its green manufacturing system, including LEED Platinum certification and SDS carbon footprint certification.
We adopt an efficient linear functional management structure with a clear and streamlined hierarchy. We have established an R&D Center, a National-Level Laboratory, a Cotton & Wool Yarn Mill, a Knitwear Factory, a Knitted Fabric Factory, a Dyeing and Printing Factory, a Garment Manufacturing Factory, and other specialized facilities. Our departments cover the entire industrial chain, including core sectors such as yarn and fabric R&D, production and manufacturing, quality control and testing, and marketing. All departments collaborate closely and interact efficiently, enabling precise control over the entire process from raw materials to finished garments and ensuring consistent product quality and stable supply chain operations.
